From Belief to Impact

Project Slogan

Ideas That Listen. Solutions That Last

Project Duration

5 Days (Intensive Program) + Post-Program Mentorship & Linkages

Project Location

Community-based settings (schools, youth hubs, refugee & host communities)

Target Group

  • Youth aged 15–30, with emphasis on marginalized, refugee, and host community youth

Background & Rationale

Youth across underserved communities face persistent social, economic, and leadership challenges, yet their voices remain underrepresented in problem-solving spaces. Many young people lack structured opportunities to develop leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and access to pathways that turn ideas into real-world solutions. BUILD IN A BOX responds to this gap by nurturing youth as active change-makers rather than passive beneficiaries.

Specific Objectives

To empower youth with leadership, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial skills that enable them to identify social challenges, design inclusive solutions, and transform these solutions into sustainable ventures.

Key Activities:

  • Believe – Building self-confidence, purpose, and leadership identity

  • Understand – Analyzing community challenges through research and empathy

  • Invent – Designing innovative, locally grounded solutions

  • Listen – Engaging communities, peers, and stakeholders inclusively

  • Deliver – Pitching and showcasing solutions to an audience and partners

Expected Outcomes

  • Youth-led solutions addressing real community challenges

  • Increased leadership confidence and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Stronger linkages between youth innovators and stakeholders

  • Pathways for sustainable implementation of social ventures
