Target Group
-
Children aged 5–14 from vulnerable refugee and host community households

Background & Rationale
Children in refugee and marginalized host communities face compounded challenges including lack of school supplies, psychosocial stress, interrupted education, and limited safe learning environments. These challenges affect not only academic performance but also emotional wellbeing and long-term development.
LITTLE CAN DO was designed to respond holistically—recognizing that a child’s ability to learn is deeply connected to emotional safety, values, and confidence. The program goes beyond material support by integrating emotional learning, play-based activities, and core values education, ensuring children are supported to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
